Please bring the correct forms Kindergarten Registration will be held at Bayside Elementary during the month of March. If English is your second language, please register your child at The Central Office. Please bring the following information for your child: birth certificate immunization record social security card eye, ear and dental records proof that you live within the city limits. After the month of March, all children must register at the Central Office. Registration for Pre-K will also be open the month of March and you must come to the Central Office.
